It’s one of Waikanae’s best kept secrets!

Nestled in a quiet area of El Rancho's 70 acre park-like setting, this private and very comfortable complex is a delight to discover.

Quietly located away from the rest of the holiday park, Elm Court features 10 comfortable units encircling two private grassed courtyards. Providing a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, it's extremely conducive to creative and reflective thought.

Venues and Accommodation

Elm Court consists of three conference areas:

Elm Hall's octagonal shape lends itself to easy interaction and comfortably seats up to 130 people.

Elm Fireside features a sunken fireside area, inviting you to relax, unwind, and chat about the day. It seats up to 60 people.

Elm Lodge is designed to accommodate 20, with bedrooms, meeting room, kitchen and bathroom facilities all under one roof.

The beauty of planning your stay in Elm Court is that you can book these areas separately, or in combination, to suit your group's size and needs.

All three venues have small kitchens, and equipment such as sound systems, whiteboards, overhead projectors and pianos. Audio-visual equipment, including a data projector, is available for hire. Limited internet access is available in Elm Fireside; bedding and towels are available on request, or you can bring your own.

Accommodation for each venue comprises double, twinshare or triple bedrooms, with shared showers and toilets under the same roof. Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, desk and vanity unit. Some of the bedrooms are designed with the disabled in mind.

Catering

Our catering service regularly receives the most positive customer feedback. Our team of chefs prepare and serve homemade meals on the premises daily and we are happy to discuss your special dietary needs. The dining room is located beside Redwood Hall. To see it on the camp map, click here.

Team-Building Activities

Elm Court is a great place for team building exercises and letting off steam. Choose from a range of activities including tennis, go-karts, indoor rock climbing, horse riding, swimming, minigolf, trampolines, flying fox, team initiative course, rifle shooting and more. Staff will work with you to provide all the fun and challenge you can handle!
