Volunteering at El Rancho
At El Rancho, we're inundated with kids who want to come to camp. But we also need young people who are excited by evangelism and discipleship and want to be leaders.
Camp Leaders
“Short nights, dirt, smells, kids everywhere, mates, music, worship and that awesome feeling that comes from a chance to make a difference in children’s lives.”
- What does it take to be a camp leader?
- You need to be a committed Christian, 16 or older.
- You’ll provide 5 days of enthusiasm, encouragement, love and leadership for a cabin of 5-10 kids.
- We will train you, feed you, and support you through the week.
- You’ll be energised, make new friends, learn about leadership, grow in your own faith and witness first-hand, God at work, changing kids’ lives.
- If finances are stopping you coming to camp you may be eligible for some financial assistance.
