Motels - for Group Bookings
The following Motels can be booked for group events.
We usually look to sell the Villas as a set of 5 units and Baker Lodge as a set of 6 units.
Studios can be added on for groups that require extra accommodation.

Villas
The Villas are motel units sleeping up to 5 people. The units are two storey and self-contained with a kitchenette, dining area, shower and toilet.
Please note that only 2 of our Villas have double beds upstairs. The other 3 Villa units have 3 single beds in that room.

They are self-contained with a kitchenette equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplates, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Each Villa has a TV with Freeview.

Baker Lodge
Spacious and clean, they are ideal for family holidays or retreats.
Downstairs provides a living area with a couch, breakfast bar/table leaner with stools, kitchen, shower and toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with vanity units and a wardrobe.
Three of our units have a king bed in one bedroom and 3 singles in the other. The other three units have two single beds in 1 bedroom and 3 singles in the other.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, two hotplates, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and a storage cupboard.
All Baker Lodge units have a TV with Freeview.

The Studios are cosy retro motel units that offer accommodation for 1-2 people.
Studios 1 and 2 offer a double bed.
Studios 3 and 4 offer two single beds.
All Studios have an ensuite and a fold down couch for a third person if required.
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, hotplates, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
