Volunteers play a vital role in the rhythm of El Rancho!

We welcome individuals with a servant heart to help us in the running of our camp.   

Our volunteers stay for a few weeks....to a few months....and even up to a year at a time. 

Whether it's facilities, kitchen or cleaning type work that's required, our volunteers are happy to roll up their sleeves and lend a hand.  For those that stay longer we often provide training so that they can instruct some of our exciting onsite recreational activities!

In return, we offer meals and accommodation along with the opportunity to experience life within our vibrant community, alongside our staff team and a range of other volunteers from all over the globe.
