The Elm Complex is a comfortable and extremely popular conference and retreat venue for groups of 20 to 120 people holding a catered event.

Our meals are served in Elm Dining Room in a restaurant setting. The meeting rooms are conveniently located close to the accommodation and are well equipped for a variety of meeting styles with sound and audio visual equipment available.

This is an excellent facility for conference-type events, with everything we could possibly have needed. The accommodation is clean and well equipped, and being able to all stay together in one facility was a real bonus. There are great meeting rooms which worked really well for both our business-type sessions and our party on the final night. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and our members all commented on what a great facility this is. We will definitely use them again!

Within Elm Court we offer different combinations of rooms and layouts depending on the size of your group and requirements. You can book Elm in part or the whole venue.
 

All the bedrooms are either twin or triple configurations with single beds.

Every Unit has a communal lounge with table and chairs and facing the inner courtyard.

Some of the units have wheelchair access bathrooms and all have a kitchenette and internal showers and toilets.

Meeting Rooms

Elm Court has three central meeting rooms within the facility.
 

Elm Lodge (Unit 7)                 Elm Lodge 7 Layout  Elm Lodge is ideal for smaller groups up to 20 people (min hire 14 people) with fully equipped kitchen & servery.

Elm Fireside            Elm Fireside 1-6 Layout Elm Fireside Room is ideal for gatherings of up to 60 people with a small kitchenette and sunken conversation pit complete with a gas log burner.

Elm Hall                 Elm Hall 8-10 Layout Elm Hall is a larger venue, seating up to 120 and fully equipped for conferences and retreats with a small kitchenette.
